Overview

We build a complete inventory and warehouse management system that gives you live visibility into every unit of stock across one or many locations. The platform includes product and SKU management, barcode scanning, purchase orders and goods receiving, supplier records, stock transfers between warehouses, automated reorder alerts, and detailed movement and valuation reports. A web admin panel with role-based access lets your warehouse, purchasing, and management teams each work in their own view. It is built for retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers that need accurate stock counts and want to stop losing money to stockouts and overstocking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it support barcode scanning?

Yes. The system supports barcode and SKU lookup for receiving, picking, and stock counts. You can use USB or Bluetooth scanners on the web app, and we can add camera-based scanning so phones and tablets work as scanners on the warehouse floor.

Can it handle multiple warehouses?

Yes. Multi-warehouse support is included from the Professional tier, with stock visibility per location, transfers between warehouses, and per-location reorder points. The Enterprise tier supports unlimited locations with real-time sync across all of them.

What drives the cost and timeline?

The main factors are the number of warehouses, whether you need purchase orders and supplier management, batch or serial tracking, and how many integrations you want with e-commerce, POS, or accounting. A single-warehouse tracker takes about four to six weeks, while a full multi-location platform runs two to four months.

Can it connect to my online store or accounting software?

Yes. From the Enterprise tier we integrate with e-commerce platforms, POS systems, accounting tools, and shipping providers so stock levels stay accurate everywhere automatically, without manual re-entry.

Will it prevent stockouts and overstocking?

That is the core goal. Automated reorder points and low-stock alerts tell you exactly when to reorder, and the Enterprise tier adds demand forecasting and replenishment suggestions based on your sales history to reduce both stockouts and dead stock.
