Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Hevcode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Intellectual Property

For custom development projects, intellectual property rights will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You will provide accurate and complete information
• You will maintain the security of your account (if applicable)
• You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Prohibited Uses

You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Payment Terms

For development services:

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified

Project Deliverables and Timeline

Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, scope changes, or client feedback delays.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the services will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hevcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hevcode and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hevcode operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
